I'm going to be doing this at the weekend (along with the oil and sparks).

Do I need to get any rubber hose in case whats there is turning.

If so what type and size.

Are we talking 924S? If so, the line from the fuel pump to the filter has pressed-on fittings and probably needs to be sourced from Porsche. The line out of the filter is probably either 12 or 13mm (outside diameter) and needs to be of a high-pressure type. NAPA should have it, but if you have to go to the dealer anyway...

I'm sure you know, but make sure you de-pressurize the system first. Even then be prepared for some spillage.
