I just purchased my first Porsche, gold 1987 924s stock, I just had a couple questions.
1. how to convert AC to RF. 134 (i think) or to just get it working for the summer it blows warm air
2. How to minimize the vibration when the engine is idling, do I need to replace motor mounts
3. how to fix the sunroof gears, I hear the motor but the gears are not moving
4. how to remove interior seats

Any information is greatly appreciated and also approx costs of the repairs, any write ups or links. I am not a car expert just simply enjoy driving this automobile. Thank you in advance

Welcome!

To do this properly, all of the old oil MUST be evacuated from the system. All of the seals must be replaced. It is also highly advisable to replace the barrier hoses with properly rated replacements because R134a has a smaller molecule than R12. If you don't change the barrier hoses, you'll end up recharging more frequently. IMO, the conversion is best performed by a qualified shop that can properly evacuate the old oil and refrigerant, although there are plenty of guys here who will disagree, and have done their own DIY conversions.

Busted motor mounts are a common problem on the 2.5L motor, so yes, if it's vibrating badly, you probably need to plan on replacing them.

I'll resist the urge to ask you about your exterior seats The front seats are secured by four M6x12 hex head bolts (10mm socket), two in the front (one on each rail) and two in the back (one on each rail). You need to move the seat all the way forward to remove the rear bolts, and all the back to remove the front bolts. It's also helpful to have really small 10mm sockets and a quarter-inch nut driver with a 6" extension and wobble socket.

Get a copy of the 1983-1985.5 944 Haynes manual, as most of the mechanical stuff is generally the same as for the 924S. Bookmark http://www.clarks-garage.com, especially the garage shop manual.

On the engine vibration, it could be your balance shafts. They need to be aligned correctly to offset the movement of the cylinders.

When they are aligned correctly, the engine should purr like a well-oiled sewing machine - with very little vibration, even at high RPMs.
