I would say the bottom 2 look to be the best,
but what you need is something with 12DC, 2000ohms, a diode checker, and something to check Amps _________________ 3 928s, |

The 9950 has a few features that would be handy if you don't already have a portable tach. The temperature probe would be handy for troubleshooting or just verifying your temp guage etc.
If you are not very familiar with a DVM then I would suggest you get the cheapest one you can find that has volts and resistance. Then after you destroy that one get a Fluke and never look back. But then I have 5 Flukes of different flavors and several cheap ones. When I am working on the cars the cheap one from Harbor Freight is the one that ends up in my hand most of the time.
