While we're being, well you know.. let's just say "type A's" , 1 "atmosphere" is 14.7psi. That's supposed to be normal ambient air pressure at sea level. 1 "bar" is very similar, but not exactly the same at ~14.5psi like Jon said, but why they're different I don't know. The measurement "atmosphere" is used in diving with sea level being 1 atmosphere, a depth of 33' being 2atm, 66' = 3atm, etc. The term "Bar" I believe was derived from "barometric". _________________ "..it's made in Germany.
