I have owned my Porsche for about 6 hours now.....there is a pretty major oil leak towards the front of the motor. I expect it to be the front main seal as it seems to be slinging oil everywhere. I have not had a chance to buy a repair manual. How difficult of a repair is this? Anything in particular I should look out for?

The oil is more than likely from the seal or the pan, but it can come from the turbo and associated turbo oil lines, including those going to the oil cooler. Wash the car at the car wash (give the engine bottom a good clean , drive around the block and see where the leak is originating from.
