thanks bob, I misled you a little, it will actually start but runs VERY rich and will not rev but dies with soaked plugs. Spark is fine.
history is replaced lift pump and fuel relay.
The coldstart injector is perfect. It did run very fast when I removed the coldstart and left the hole open.
I will check the flap asap.
