I am getting ready to install a rebuild rear suspension in my 83' 924.

But I suddenly doubted the measurements I noted 3 months ago

Is there anyone who can help me with the following measurement.

I need the distance between the upper rearmost corner of the spring plate to the top edge of the banana bar.
Or maybe the measurement from the upper edge banana bar to the wheel hub.
Unloaded, suspension off the car.

My car is a euro car with standard ride height. 23,5mm torsion bars and 14mm sway bar.

Maybe someone has a rear suspension laying around. Just to check that I am not doing something wrong.

Do a search on this forum, perhaps use google to search the forum as its better.
I did the rear lowering about 14 years ago...thread should still be around.
There are also many others who did this and there is a lot of information hidden in this forum, just use the search or better, learn to google search into a specific website.

I have searched and searched.
Found many posts about this issue.

But nothing about the standard measurements. At least what I can find.
Maybe some one has a standard rear suspension laying around.

I have a measurement that says 30,5 cm from the banana bar to the edge of the wheel hub. But I am unsure if it is to the lower or upper edge of the banana bar.

Have you checked the factory litterature? I think the numbers are in there somewhere.
