Well if its eating oil and its not leaking them your plugs should be black and smeared but since the plugs are so clean it must be that the coolant you're missing is washing the plugs.

Headgasket failure? Time for a rebuild?

They look very good, though number 3 is a little oily. Also check for oil in your coolant and also bubbles (head gasket leak can show up as bubales in the coolant, open the cap before the motor gets hot, check the coolant with car idling)

I already made this test, not bubbles in coolant at warm engine when accelerate, sure not water in oil and I think no oil in coolant.
But I have to add 1 liter of oil after about 400km, coolant level decrease 1,5 cm after 150 km, always driving sport.

In my alfa of same years coolant is always at max level, only after high mileage I have to add oil.

Are you sure its not just leaking out somewhere?
Is the exhaust smoking blue and white?
If the fluids are not leaking on the ground then they are being sucked in the combustion chamber and exhausted.

Take your car to a good mechanic soon, the more you wait the bigger the bill will be.

it may be a small damage in head gasket, that don't compromises engine performances. If I have free time and location for work it's a good job to rebuild engine.

headgasket seals set is around 100 eur I think, if you have a load limiting wrench you can replace the headgasket yourself but you should at least check the head is straight.
So if I were you i'd buy a gasket set, take the head off, take it to a machine shop to redo the valve seats, guides and while i'm there do some light port matching for the intake and exhaust.
Put everything back together and be done in a week time for probably 200 euro cost.

Yes, but I have not all necessary tools for extract valves, space for work, even remove head for replace gasket is a problem if gasket is fixed hard to block. My engine is old, good work is check even cilinder status, ecc , then rebuild all the engine.

I waiting until engine explode then I think if replace engine, it's impossible even that a mechanic can made this work, prices are about 5000 euro, more than car value.

You do know it's cheaper to rebuild the engine before you break something inside it, right?

yes, I agree but only work that I can made for now is replace head gasket and valve seal. And if headgasket is blocked and I can't remove it?
And if I made this works whitout open block and then the problem was piston oring ?

How much would you be comfortable to pay for an engine rebuild?

If car value is 4000 euro, maximum cost is 2000 euro, but it's impossibile.

As morghen said, you should see white or blue smoke in your exhaust if the head gasket is leaking --- I noticed in your car description "exhaust no muffler"? - if you're not seeing white or blue smoke, the plugs are clean, and the car runs well - I'd look again for a oil leak. I actually missed a valve cover gasket leak in my car (cheap fix). A mechanic noticed it from under the engine as the oil slid down the side. I hope that it is that simple. - Peter

PS Are you using "water" as a coolant? vaporization of water may explain your water loss.
