| I have a ground issue with my steering column. Where is the ground for the steering column? How does it get it's ground? |

Through the long skinny bolts, clean where there heads land and wherever you can see a ground path from them and there clamping.. iirc.. _________________ 80 Turbo - Slightly Modified |

| What long skinny bolts? Where are these bolts?and I also have an issue with the wipers from the same problem |

the long skinny bolts go through both of the switch mechanisms and kinda hold the whole thing together.
See the 3 holes that go around the perimiter of the switch assembly here..

The earlier switch assemblies (the ones with the metal arms) have four "long skinny bolts"... _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

| Thanks. I'll go check it out. My alternator went out again last night due to this problem. Now I need another voltage regulator. |
