Hi guys. Can anyone advised please regarding the correct plugs for the car. 1984 924 n/a. There are NGK BPR7ES in at the moment.

That depends. Are you running the stock wires or the cheaper generic replacements?

Not sure. They are very old looking. Probably generic replacements. Car has only done 800 miles in 4yrs

Haynes States N6YC for 1976 to 1980 125hp. Mines 1984!! Should I go with that?

Do you not have an emissions label?
What are doing with the car? track car? DD?

Not sure about emissions label. Daily driver at weekends and runs!!!

The emissions label should be under the hood on the wheel well. It is a large silver sticker that has the engine size, timing, spark plug type, valve lash, vacuum diagram, etc.
