Ok So I have an 88 924S that had a white interior....until the prior owner decided to use a dye kit and dyed it black, or tried to at least. know the entire interior is falling out carpet just falls apart when touched, and it is bleeding black! So Im in desperate need of some new interior pieces, dash included! Does anyone know where I can get interior pieces for my car, a new dash would be nice as well! anyone know a guy that knows a guy?! haha thanks!!

Craigslist, Amazon and eBay should have some of the parts that you are looking for. You can also go to an automobile upholster and get a price on new seat covers for your existing seats and maybe he can do the carpet as well. Get an estimate and compare it to buying each piece online.

Garage9.com has seat kits and dash covering service. It aint cheap by any means, but the 924/944 dashboard are prone to cracks so its your choice if you want to do it as long as you know it will likely happen again.
