Hey gang -
My a/c needs a charge. I am going to put some R12 freon in my 1988 924S. I won't be converting to R134 if I don't have too. Is this the correct port to connect the hose? See blue arrow in pic.

| No. That is the high pressure side, you need to attach it to the low pressure side so it sucks it in. The compressor has to be running to do it. You will need to jump out the low pressure switch to make it operate if it won't come on on its own due to low pressure (no freon). |

Between the evaporator (in box with heater core under dash) & the compressor. |
