Does anyone have a fuse/relay chart for an 80 931? I've been looking all over and cant find one, and when i do its usually for an NA car so idk if it'll be the same.

Also because my electrical system was butchered and im pulling out alot of it, i had a quick question about the starter and alternator wires. If im understanding this correctly, a large + wire comes from the battery to the starter, and from that point a new wire leads to the alternator? Or does the alternator have its own wire going to the battery +. I have a massive guage wire thats just cut and sitting in the open, and its part of the original wire harness, so it also has a couple other wires with it.

Long story short, someone jacked up my wires and i'm just going to redo them. I'll try to get some pictures in here tomorrow of my electrical woes.

Thanks guys

Someone added this random crap and cut into a lot of the factory wires as you can see.

You guys don't even want to see the interior...

This may help the relay situation.

I would get a haynes manual so you can access all the colour codes and schematics, you will only make things worse as the various years and areas had very different wiring.
If you want to do a serious job, rewire the car completely front to back with a new fuse panel (modern) such as painless or a universal fuse panel and do everything yourself one circuit at a time.
by the time you work out what someone else has done you could have just rewired it to factory specs.

Your other option is to go aftermarket ecu and get the wiring harness for that... this will eliminate some of the old electronic control devices and give you a fresh start.
