I'm having a problem with my dash lights on my 79 924. When I found the problem I had the dash panel out. When I have the panel out my lights work(these are the ones around the speedo and tach. I pull them out quickly and can see the light going off. When I re-install the cluster and turn on the lights they don't come on. I ran a new ground from under the dash speaker but no help. Any suggestions. _________________ I love gereatric rock. |

most of the dash lights are wired in parallel so it's either a cold solder joint or most likely a broken wire,
get your multimeter out and use the continuity test tone whilst you wiggle the power supply wire white/bl stripe,
