Mine is shot and I am looking for a replacement. If you have any knowledge of the good and bad with using normal 924 box let me know. If you made this switch to a US box let me know.
The current problem is that while driving down the road my car will wander either left and right. I think all the oil/grease has run out. Should I refill and see or the box is shot. Has anyone any experience with this problem?
you can PM me so we don't bore the others.
Thanks in advance

Assuming everything else in the front end is tight (bushings, ball joints, TREs, wheel bearings, upper strut mounts, steering shaft joints) and the alignment is correct, you might try increasing the preload on the pinion. _________________ Toofah King Bad

vince,
did you call atlantic? I've used them and they will rebuild your unit. Honestly, I am pretty certain there is no difference between the euro and US version. |
