hello i have some ignition switch problems. when im starting the car its not giving power to the coil and fuel pump. and we are thinking its the ignition switch. so i need help finding out how to take out the switch to replace it. i was woundering if you guys can give me a step by step instructions to do so. thanks.

Reach under the dash and unplug the connector for the ignition. Then remove the switch from the back of the keyhole. Should be captured and reinstall by reversing directions.

BTW, have you checked the intake pressure switch near the throttle body? Have you checked the 931 reassurection thread you'll get a few tips on ways to troubleshoot problems like you've described, not saying it isn't the ignition switch as they are prone to fail, usually by allowing the car to start and run in the crank position but dying when the key is returned to run.

while starting it and putting power to the coil it'll run by itself.
