| Anyone know a good replacement? This is the hose coming from the bottom of the fuel filter on the '79 924. Changed the filter and the hose crumbled in my hands. Finally got it running though! Also, I looked into the throttle body upgrade, but non of the forums said what model and year VW or Audi to get them from. |

Take it to a hydraulic hose shop with the fittings and the overall length and have a new one made.
Another option would be to replace it with high pressure fuel hose and proper clamps. Not sure if it will work on at the pressures CIS runs at compared to many EFI systems. _________________ Stefan

I did this with the line that runs from the top of the filter to the Fuel distributor and it seems to be working properly so far. _________________ 924, 82, 5 speed, dark red, 500 dollar special.
