don't know if anyone here has heard of it (or if i mentioned it before)
But I found these guys from south africa:
http://www.dicktator.co.za/index.html
and the price with the exchange rate is about $350 for the ECU!!
Im serously considering.
but maybe someone else might give it a try before I do.
If i recall correctly the way I found it was that I came across a 931 in SA that was using it. _________________ It was either this or a giant box of legos |

Hmm, it looks like another MegaSquirt knock-off that states that their websites work best on IE8. Hmmmm I think I'll stick with MSII for a few more bucks for better support, more expandability and I can use Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS and Android to log and tune it.
Plus there already have been several people who've done MS conversions you can build off of their work thanks to their willingness to share. _________________ Stefan

As I havn't followed the ECU conversion posts much (not allowed in my racing class) I cant say if the product offered is value for money or not. As an Electrical Engineer and after reading his web site for 10 mins I can say he is not an idiot, he seems to know what he is talking about. I would discount this system out of hand _________________ Over the top of skyline, total brake failure.... hit the wall at over 200 kp/h at the dipper, so anyone who has to brake for the esses is a pussy.

Dicktator seemed to do fine on Lenkrus 931 - 330hp, 1.2bar+ on coated stock cast pistons.
Take your pick, Megasquirt, VEMS, Dicktator etc. etc. - they all work. The installation, calibration and tuning is the important part. _________________ 1979 UK 932 |
