I have a friend that owns a 1977 martini edition 924, she want to sell it and I agreed to help.
Condition: well not great, car has been stored over the last 15+ years in a dry container until recently when she moved the car and now has it outside.

no visible rust holes or major cancer, carpet and some interior needs some help

motor and drive train stated as good, but not running due to a reported bad fuel pump

has all original equipment and appears to be unmolested, 2nd owner car

So can someone please help me with a valuation for this car, any interested parties???

A member on Pelican also just picked up a '77 M&R.

Here is one of his links:
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-924-944-968-technical-forum/579535-just-bought-924-a.html

In later links he details what he did to get it right.

Congratulations & GL
John

Looks like parts to me. A few hundred dollars, tops. Probably a little more if you parted yourself.

Yup....it's not worth much. Damn shame....but it's too far for me to consider.......trailering it from there to southern Vancouver island would make it way too expensive for me.

There's a guy that parts out Porsches up in Anchorage but that's a haul. The car's value is certainly less than $800 as it sits. Tell her to donate it to a local high school shop class or vocational school and take the tax write off (not much). Also have her give the class this website for future advice and aid.
