Will the 82 strut assembly (springs inserts and supports assembled) interchange with 84 944? Spring rate I think would be the main variable. Thought I measured some springs and they were the same. I could see where the 944 may have a little more weight up front.

Direct swap sits a little lower with softer ride then.
