So on the weekend I picked up the upper portion of the rear seats for the car. My girl friend and I figure its not that hard lets install it.
She lifts the rear hatch window, I'm in the back seat aligning everything. Suddenly there is a scream and I see my girl friend holding the hatch glass with her eyes wide :O shocked as the 20lb glass is pushing her backwards. Sorry no picture but it scared the crap out of her. The window is still in one piece and sitting in the spot, but I think I need some washers before I put it back in and bolt it down.

Ok...this is news to me......what is the issue here with the car?

Well the hatch glass didn't come undone. In fact the bolts were still in the hinge and they slipped out of the body. the holes in the body are oval, not round, so I believe that the washers are missing. Does anyone have any pictures of how the hatch is supposed to be attached? Before I put the hatch back in I want to make sure that I do it correctly so that I don't have this happen again.

As for making it up to my Girl Friend that is in the works. LOL.
