I think my coil is shot.

I built a makeshift spark tester out of wood with a couple of bolts.
I can fit the plug lead on one end and earth wire on the other and adjust the gap.
At 12mm I get nothing and only when it gets down to 6mm I get a yellow spark.

Same on all 4 (new) leads.

Does anyone know where I can get one in Oz?
Coils are about $60 and I have to import.
