I'll post more narrative later...lots of stuff to share...but let's start with some pix from Monday's Concours & Historics.
First, some water-cooled contestants:
Tony Griffin's recently restored 1982 931. Placed 4th.
A hideous mint green 968 cab:
This single-owner 1980 931 took first place in its class!
This previous Concours-winning 1979 Sebring edition took 3rd this year. Note the pristine '84 944 in the background
The 937 in the Historics display
Another shot of the 937
They even gave us a nice poster and little trophy for showing the 937. More decorations for the shop

Some general pix of the amazing cars on display at the Concours:
Our very own Gary Ambrus (gla924sem) took first place with his 911, scoring 138.5 out of 140! Somehow, I managed to neglect getting a pic of his car _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

Some pix of the Historics display, with a special emphasis on entry-level Porsches and special editions.
This is a one-of-a-kind 911 speedster prototype.
This is the first-ever production 911, now owned by Jerry Seinfeld
An incredible 904 Carrera GTS (more pix to follow shortly)
The Brumos 934. 'Nuff said. (more pix to follow)

And finally, more pix of the Brumos 934:

Wow, I didn't know any original 924/931s existed anymore!
Great pics btw. I have a soft spot for the 904, such a beautiful car.
It's funny - I've seen that exact same 901 back in 2010 in the Porsche museum in stuttgart. And now it's owned by Jerry Seinfeld... _________________ 1977 Porsche 924 - sold

What I enjoy is the diffferent colors Porsche made both in the past and will in the future.
My first car I bought new in 1969 was Bahama Yellow. I should never had sold it.
My 79 931 Turbo was originally silver and gray which I painted Cassis and now is Forest Green Metallic.
