Ricardo aka RVJ informed me that there is a flywheel from Tilton. Anyone seen such? Any suggestions what kind of pressureplate and hydralic bearing to use?

Dreaming of a light streetfriendly 5,5" clutch that can stand at least 400Nm.

Having some experience on 2- and 3disc clutches (Tilton, Spec and some Chinese knock-offs), there is no such thing as "street friendly".
Yes, they are tolerable but there is no other option when you are in 600+hp territory but for 931 KEP aluminium 911 heavy-duty pressure plate + stock disc with Kevlar liners is a very good choice and it holds 500+ Nm.
Of course, it depends on the weight of the car also, the heavier the car, the more clamping force you need with the same torque figure.

I am considering one cerametallic and one organic. Should be a lot easier to handle in traffic. No parking or citydriving.

Iīve got a HD 915 aluminuium pressure plate, but the next engineconcept requires some modifications. The starter need to be relocated for example; hence the 924 NA flywheel and an alternative clutchsolution.

Didnīt BassGT use aTilton?

No, AFAIK, he was using the 915 hybrid pressure plate setup with stock disc and early S2 flywheel. The Tilton stuff he was using was for the pedal assembly and braking system.
