Part number 2 in pic, real number (77857067A) center console bracket. It's a mystery since I do not see one on my car. Anyone know where it would go and what it does?

I think it holds the radio in place.

Ahhhh, makes sense now. I'm trying to straighten out my center console mess this weekend so I will try to come up with an appropriate solution for it's missing-ness.

Thanks!

I wouldnt bother, just use an aftermarket sleeve that should come with your head unit, unless you like tape decks??
You don't need both...

Actually the tape deck is finally out and the new radio has a sleeve so I guess the bracket is redundant. Thanks again.
