My 1979 Porsche 924 is in the stage of having its brakes done, yet after 15 years just laying parked in a garage it seems that it would be better if the calipers and master cylinder were totally replaced. I was wondering if calipers and fluid master cylinder for a 1981 model are the same as the 1979, since these are only available from the local stockist, at least he says they are for a 1981 model anyway.
