My headlights need adjustment they are aimed up too high.
Noticed that folks in front of me sometimes get annoyed.
In the old days there were service stations with a wall you could pull up to at a specific distance and the lights were adjusted onto the focus spots on the wall. Does anyone know what these specifications are for the 924? _________________ BFG

This varies from state to state and country.
Local dept of transport may be of help or garages that do inspections. _________________ Porsche 924 1984 (UK import) NA

A quickie solution off the top o' my head (for use if you can't find any official specs)..
Aim perpendicular toward a flat wall on a flat surface at night.
Pull forward with lights on, note the bright spots.
Pull straight back and watch for the beam spots to drop and shift toward the right*.
*Obviously this is where a spec would come in handy. You'd want to know how much the beams should drop and shift at a certain distance..
As a general guide in the absence of a spec, do the same with some other cars that apparently don't annoy other drivers to see how much their beams drop+shift. _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."
