Well boys I took the newly preserved 82 931 to the 2011 Parade ,the entire thing was nerve racking to me and a lot of work. But some good came from it , I did at least place 5th not so bad for a car that has been sitting for 10+yrs, it gave me 25mpg on the trip at a average of 80mph, But I must say that the things they pick at are silly. I must say that after driving it 2500 miles I had a photo shoot in Columbus Oh. last sunday with Bob Chapman for Excellence mag. He has a very good eye and look for this car soon in the magazine.
Would any one have any interest in owning a 5th place 931 it will be for sale. |
