Last summer I had a bare metal paint job (original silver) done on my '78 924. I bought all new rubber seals ($700) and installed them. At the time I didn't install the aluminum trim on the quarter windows and door windows. It seemed like the rubber seals should be installed first. Anybody have experience installing these trim pieces? Any suggestions or tips will be appreciated.
PS I was a lurker for a long time and have been a member for more than a year, but this is my first post. Thanks. |

Welcome!
Model year and make in your signature please?
Especially since 944 and aluminum window trim don't mix very well.
No experience from first hand, but I suppose it's the other way round. (As it does on Vdubs)
