I have a reconditioned head stored inside and a perfectly good block to go with it(1980 924turbo). I was in
college when the timing belt broke, and I bought a refurbished head and never took the time
to restore the vehicle. I thought about doing it recently, but it would take a lot of work, repainting and the interior.
I bought the car at 58000 miles in 1990(second owner), it now has 103000 miles. It broke down in 1993. Its been in
storage ever since. The head is in my closet. I will sell the engine and parts for reasonable offer(paid $1200.00 for the head).
