Hi all im new and from the UK and this seems to be the best 924 forum im wanting to ditch the cis injection and run electronic so megasquirt seems the best option with its own ignition system, my main question is do you have to re machine the cylinder head to fit the injectors and what coils are people runnning, any help would be great...

You need to do some searches.
You can buy injector hole inserts that work with our car from 034 motorsports and I think dan(ideola) sells them as well?
For coils, many people run ford edis coil, but you can just as easily use the stock dizzy for ignition. There are many options! Read the modification thread as that has a ton of information in it related to this kind of thing. _________________ [This Space For Rent] |

coil kind of depends on project outcome... race/daily driver etc..
options for coils are single, dual coil or quad coil packs,
I ran single coil wasted spark, YMMV,
there are a couple of books on modern efi systems, best to get on the net or to the library and research.
