ive got a haynes manual and we just finshed moving house and its nowhere to be found. Can some one post a pic of where the Horn relay is? Ive tried evrything and horn still doenst work. A little while back while it was working it was only working if i pushed the button for about 20 sec then it will sudenly go on.

Ive tested my button, earth and the horn directly on 12v and evrythign checks out ok.

Is there any other relays in the car to put in the horn relay's place to test it out?

Should be a standard relay.
Cant find the diagram with the relay, sorry.
From memory it was fitted next to the heater and not on the fuse box on later cars.

Horn relay should be in pos. IX - http://www.flickr.com/photos/9754161@N02/739764940/in/set-72157600685476130/
4 more fuse-relay related images follow that.

Loss of ground through the steering column is a common cause of horn no-honk. -So if/when the relay checks out ok, look here - http://www.924board.org/viewtopic.php?t=21543&start=8
