.. Where do the wires go to get power to these so they function.
Theres alot of wires .. When I start working on it again Ill
post the wire colors on the chance that maybe just maybe
someone here
has experimented outside of the normal
bounds and played with there powered mirrors cause theres
something about pulling up to a light and playing with your mirrors...
why cause you can.

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Today's weirdness is tomorrow's reason why.

I have a schematic though its not that helpful..
What I know is this.

This is an early model mirror.

Pin 1 - Blue mirror motor
Pin 2 - Black mirror motor
Pin 3 - Green heater
Pin 4 - Brown Heater
Pin 5 - Brown jumper from 4 To 2nd motion
Pin 6 - White to 2nd motion

I dont have any switches or plugin to the existing wire loom in the car
& am trying to get some movement out of the mirrors. There alll aprt too.

In the 924s section of the 944 porsche manual volume 4 electrical near the end has a good diagram of the power mirror switch circuit.

You can go here http://www.the944.com/ and go to the "Workshop Manuals and PET" section and download the manuals for the 944. The section 4 electrical has the mirror schematic in it close to the end of the section.
