Not the biggest fan of Auto Atlanta, but THIS looks like a decent piece.

The problem with AA is that 99% of the time that they advertise a new product, it doesn't exist. Yeah, they tell you that they're in production, and they have them in stock for immediate shipment/delivery, and they will be happy to take your money, and ship the product immediately.

The problem is that AA people lie. When they charge your credit card $99, plus $50-$75 for shipping, they're taking your money, and banking it, so when they get enough orders, they'll try to find some one to make the parts. And, then you find out that the price has doubled, you can't get your money back, and if you send the extra money, you still don't get the product.

A classic example of this is the Genuine Reproduction 914-6 metal flare sets that AA advertised they had developed, and had in production. Advertised at $600, the price bloated to over $1000 (a year after many people paid and didn't receive them), and most people never got them, because they never went into production as AA claimed they were when they collected the money. I remember seeing AA advertising the prototypes for sale years later.

I suggestion is to find someone who lives close to AA, who is willing to drive there, and take an original glovebox lid into AA, to compare the "reproduction" to an Original to check the quality. Then, if the quality is acceptable, and there is actually a product that can be purchased, put the $100 down, and walk out with the product. Whatever you do, do not hand over any money to AA, without taking the part/parts that you want to buy in your hand, so you can walk out the door with them when you give up your cash.
