this is what I had to start. Felt like I was ready for a truck pull.

After

I thought my 924s was pretty low, but here is the 44 to the right of the 24. The wheel arches started out at 27" from the ground in the rear and 26" in the front to now an even 23.25" from the ground all the way around. That was about as low as I could go and keep my rear wheel camber reasonable.

Hmmm... nice one JC... I was that low at the back once upon a time

Not a grate photo but the back is right tucked up in the arch

I raised it cos the back was lower than the front. Now i have front adjustable coilovers, (so i have the ability to go lower at the front) i may drop the back again. There are pros and cons, it can be a pain in the butt around town.

I'm guessing you have it set at its lowest.

@ beario, lowering the rear is just a case of adjusting the stock suspension or at worse re indexing. The front requires parts --- plus, wheres St Albans, there are loads of places called that

I could go lower. My choice in how low it sat had simply to do with one, looks... and two, the geometry of the suspension. I think 23 inches is about as low as one of these cars should go and still look ok and ride ok. Just my opinion. After a 3.5 inch drop at the rear and a 2.5 inch drop at the front I think it is just where it needs to be. While I was lowering I also set the adjustable koni shocks on the hardest setting. Talk about a rough ride!

What springs/coil-overs are you running on?
