What is the pressure from the external fuel pump to the fuel filter? _________________ Rob

It's controlled by the fuel pressure regulator in the fuel dizzy (about 90 psi). The pump is capable of higher pressures. _________________ White 87 924S "Ghost"

So, I'd have to use at least 100psi fuel injection hose? _________________ Rob

The external pumps are constant and rated 4.5 to 6.5 bar so a 100 psi line would be marginal and not very long lived.

The hose I was thinking of has 180psi working pressure. I would also try to minimize the amount of hose I'd use. _________________ Rob

180 psi is much better. I tried a 150 psi on my 928 euro and it didn't last long. I think the pulsing of the pump got to it.
