Original paint, interior, wheels, engine (with a fresh rebuild). It's a 3 owner car (I'm the 3rd). The car has been well taken care of. Unfortunately has a few dings in it, but none of the owners wanted to repaint it because the paint is still original.
All the maintenance is caught up, valves just adjusted, new brake lines and fuel lines (except the small tapered one coming from the filter to the line, which i have, and will replace tonight). Aside from that it's all factory equipment except the exhaust which is a bursch system, and the rear shocks which are adjustable bilsteins.

That is one nice looking automobile. I love the simplicity of those cars. _________________ 1980 924 NA

It has even got the passenger's footrest which is really rare if it's original and it looks like a very nice ride!
So you selling it or just showing a new acquisition? _________________ 1980 Turbo

Sweet, very sweet! It looks like it still has it's fuel injection too, rather than being changed to a twin carb.
Is it a 2.0L? I don't recall if the 1.8L was still available then.
I have a neighbor who races his 914 (not street legal) I really need to go a pick his brain! _________________ 1980 Turbo

Only one four cylinder was offered in 1970, the 1.7.

Look up "low polar moment of inertia."

Thanks for the correction. I read the wrong year.
Are you thinking of swapping to a side shifter?
BTW - I have a 1.7L with injection which I have for a Fiat 600 project. _________________ 1980 Turbo

Both prior owners have worked their tails off to keep the car 100% OEM original. The main reason I went after one was because of it's history and story and what it is. Unless something happens that I need to repair itself and that's an option, I plan on keeping it original. _________________ - 1977 Porsche 924 2.0 N/A (Trackday Project)
