Who has em. Supposedly Zuffen had posted them but I am unable to come up with them. I searched and came up empty handed. I know there are some photos available here somewhere.... Anyone?

Here are some photos I took with the intercooler/engine before I installed it in Spike:

Yes, roughly. From the one I held in my hands when visiting BoostFeen a few years back, I believe the core is actually something like 2.75" thick.

It does measure 8"x12"x2"

To to exact, its a bar-plate type of IC:

There are 25 bars that are 200mm long.
Every bar is 4mm wide and 48mm high measured on the inside.
The aluminium is 1mm thick.

The frontarea is similar to the 951 core, 8"x12" vs 5"x18".
The internal chargearea is also similar, 2"x12" vs 5"x5"

I wonder who the original maker of this part was? Was it Porsche or did they send the specs out to a parts manufacturer to produce a certain amount of units. If it was a parts manufacturer......I wonder how many units would have to be ordered before they put this item into production?

Porsche only produced about 400 CGT's.....I wonder what their cost was per unit when they had these made?

And was available new from Porsche in Sweden at least for SEK39.118, that is $4000-5000 depending on fx-rate and VAT(summer 2008).

But I do think that the manufactoring cost per unit was lower
