1) sign up to(free) www.photobucket.com
2) go to upload photos
3)once photos are uploaded....copy and paste the pic link in your message(pic link is under your pic in your photoalbum bucket) on the board...there are a few different links to chose..some come up as a link back to photobucket, the one you want comes up as your pic

Ok Think I got it... This is a new laptop. No pics on it. I will fire up the pc and put some images on photobucket(?) tomorrow.
