I tried reading through the entire body of this auction. it hurt my simple little brain.
In other news, voltage regulators now increase torque and horsepower.

I'm guessing its just a big smoothing Capacitor, (I may be wrong [it has been known] )
But i am skeptical that the improvements would be statistically significant, (using a proven and applicable statistical analysis) let alone noticeable.
Personally, I would sooner spend the money on cider and pasties (thats about as technical as i get on this one mate).

I was thinking it was either some sort of capacitor, or just a regular ol' voltage regulator. but I couldn't actually comprehend what was written in the auction. possibly a mix of engrish and fantastical claims....
