Just found mold accumulating on the carpet on the passenger side in front, underneath, and behind the seat.

What are the common leakage areas to the passenger cell of these cars?

I want to seal up this bad boy for good.

Most likely battery tray. All three of the 924's I've had leaked there.

As Dan notes, the battery tray is suspect number 1, followed closely by a clogged rear passenger side sunroof drain, both sunroof seals, the upper door seals themselves, the little known drain tube behind the steering wheel that pass from behind the wiper motor into the cockpit and back through the firewall, and finally, the tee at the rear sunroof drain tube by the gas filler neck which if clogged or disconnected will leak behind the inner quarter liner and onto the rear passenger side floor.

Not bad for one sentence, eh?!
