ok my connector is off, anyone know what type of adhesive to use to repair it? _________________ 77.5 924 NA

I assume you mean the spade connector pulled off the glass? Since it needs to conduct - I soldered mine back on. You might need to use a goodly bit of flux, after a thorough cleaning/degreasing, to ensure a good bond. _________________ Vaughan Scott

please be careful doing it like this i tried it once on a different car . the screen shattered about 30 sec's after.Maybe there is a metallic glue that will do this. P.S. it was a french car maybe the scrrn was not a thick?  |

Believe it or not, JB Weld works for this. I haven't done it myself, but years ago my (then) mechanic did this on my RX-7. _________________ '84 944 - kid blew motor

I've just been using JB weld for something else, and it says on the pack that it won't conduct electricity. _________________ 1981 924 N/A |
