Now this could be fun

Think we could get the PCA to sponsor one of us to enter in a Panamera _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

thats actually pretty cool. i bet the caddy does pretty well but if a good driver shows up with an m5 they will have their hands full. _________________ 17in caymans, koni yellow coilovers, hypercoil springs, kla solid upper mounts, 968 sway bars, kla drop links, kla strut brace, fidanza flywheel, dansk catback, wilwood front calipers, ss brake lines, e-codes, 944 duckbill, manual rack, momo steering wheel |

one of the magazines tested both cars there (Monticello) and they finished VERY close. its really a drivers race.
with that said gm has a HUGE advantage. they picked out a professional driver but the cars that challenge them have to be driven by the owners on the registration. how many drivers that skilled have the time to do this, own a comparable car, and haven't modified it? i wouldn't be betting against the Cadillac, thats for sure. _________________ 17in caymans, koni yellow coilovers, hypercoil springs, kla solid upper mounts, 968 sway bars, kla drop links, kla strut brace, fidanza flywheel, dansk catback, wilwood front calipers, ss brake lines, e-codes, 944 duckbill, manual rack, momo steering wheel |

Actually, they're just reserving the right to put a "pro" driver up against any challenging pro drivers. Reasonable.
Any "average joes" will be going up against Lutz, as I understand. And he's no hack, from what I hear... _________________ Vaughan Scott
