|
Went to Yankeeland the week before last.
Stayed in New York;
Saw a Tesla driving down the street;
While I was there I tried to explain to Einstein that Paul's 3.6-Litre Boxster bloody well is capable of light speed (he kept mumbling something about C not equaling Carrera and it had a mass greater than zero... I gave up...);
Went to Road America and saw some cool cars, like this 599 convertible;
And another Tesla;
And these De Tomaso Panteras;
A couple of nice Porsches about;
At the track there was a few fake GT40's, like this one;
But there was also a couple of real GT40's, like this one;
Someone brought some F1 cars, was neat to watch 'em run;
And there were a few older F1 cars, including Mansell's;
...and AJ's;
Pretty cool little 908, too;
And this little 914/6 (look familiar, Rasta?) absolutely destroyed everything in its class;
All in all, a pretty fun trip (and don't worry Paul, there's a bottle of Bundy in the post to replace the one we drank ) _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

Very cool cars, except the Tesla of course, what a way to ruin an Elise.
So Khal, when are you buying a Pantera? _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |
