Has any one got cam belt setup piks they can send me, looking at piking the car up on wed next week, ned some pointers

wow thanks for this.... lots to look at
haw hard is the job to do? is it DIY or best by porsche shop,,,
has eny one in the UK had a cost for this job

Just to be clear, this info is for a 2.5 liter 944/924S motor. The cam cover has PORSCHE spelled out in 3" high letters. The distributor is on the front end of the camshaft.

I'm guessing you have the 2 liter Audi engine whose timing belt change is almost trival when compared to the 944 motor. This motor's distributor is on the back of the head.

hi paul yep thats the motor 2.5 924/s,,,,,,,, not the 2lt audi lump (got them in the race cars) disy on the front and porsche on the head (944 lump)
