haw hard is the job to do? is it DIY or best by porsche shop,,,
has eny one in the UK had a cost for this job

Just to be clear, this info is for a 2.5 liter 944/924S motor. The cam cover has PORSCHE spelled out in 3" high letters. The distributor is on the front end of the camshaft.
I'm guessing you have the 2 liter Audi engine whose timing belt change is almost trival when compared to the 944 motor. This motor's distributor is on the back of the head. _________________ White 87 924S "Ghost"

hi paul yep thats the motor 2.5 924/s,,,,,,,, not the 2lt audi lump (got them in the race cars) disy on the front and porsche on the head (944 lump)
