I may have found the easiest way of fixing a delaminated hatch, Ill know more tomorrow once the silicone dries.

I acquired a 16 ga. needle and syringe from a friend of mine who works with horses and cows. I filled that thing up with flowable silicone windshield adhesive http://www.amazon.com/Permatex-81730-Flowable-Silicone-Windshield/dp/B000BKEBO0 , jabbed it in between the frame and glass and filled it up. It seemed to flow pretty well and should have filled the frame nicely. Like I said before, Ill know more tomorow once it dries.

All in all it took about 10 minutes.
The only problem with this method is that you might have trouble finding a 16 ga. needle

Did you straighten the frame first?

It wasnt to the point of rattling or leaking so I figured it was more of a preventative measure...

Did I make a mistake?

Blast it with agua, if none comes in, and the latch functions well, then I would say no mistake.

Actually, being that that stuff is marketed as a sealer, rather than "adhesive" I'd be suprized if it holds. Unless your hatch struts have been depressurized or removed. The struts apply quite a bit of twisting force on the frame and tend to seperate the frame from the glass if they're not correctly bonded together. The correct bonding product consists of at least 2-parts - a primer, and an adhesive.

In your situation, using just that sealer, I'd remove or otherwise disable the struts and keep about a 3 foot length of pvc pipe in the back for use as a prop rod.
