I have a few questions on the air condition/ventilation systems on an 87 924s.
-where is the fresh air/recirculation air pickup for the air conditoner in the car? The heater pulls its air from the fan in the firewall but the AC doesn't!
-where is the best place to have your adjustment knobs for MAX AC?
Thanks in advance... _________________ 87 Porshe 924s custom widebody |

You should find a round air intake for the AC below the far right end of the dash, just above the passengers' right foot (if they sit with legs stretched out, seperated, and not crossed . So no unshoed stinky feet allowed over there! -And none shoed that have stepped in the doggy doodoo..
Turn both adjustments full clockwise for max cooling. The one that's not for fan speed adjusts a thermostat that's attached to the evaporator coil under the dash, and should cycle the compressor on-off based on evap temp.

thanks just LYSOL'd the inlet vent as it was on MAX AC and the "old" smell is gone... _________________ 87 Porshe 924s custom widebody |
