He's in "Larchmont, New York, United States" apparently.
I won an auction but he's disappeared after the first copntact. I haven't paid anything... so no biggie, but was looking forward to getting the 924 items from him...

I'd be nervous too.
On the other hand, maybe he's just fallen asleep for a very long time.
Similarly, be leary of anyone named Mad[e]off.
-And watch out for dentists named "Paine", or "Pullman".
-Or for that matter, urologists named Pullman; proctologists named "Fingers"; gastroenterologists named "Rip", surgeons named "Slaughter", etc. _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."

Definitely no affiliation or vote of confidence, but I purchased a copy of the Service Information Manual for the 81 Model from this individual a few weeks back. The item got to me as described, but shipping was really slow and communication was basically nonexistent. To his/her credit the auction I was involved in stated that they would ship sometime within 15 days after payment was received and that was about the case. Hope this helps. _________________ 1981 931 |

Thanks Greg. He sent me an original invoice, but it was wrong - been chasing a new one ever since with no reply...
Just worried he'll eventually file a complaint against me for non-payment...

You can always file a non conforming seller.
As long as you have mail to prove you asked for a total you should be ok. _________________ Porsche 924 1984 (UK import) NA
