So I just bought my first 931, it is a 1982 and it needs tons of work, but hey that's what the summer is for. I have the same problem a lot of people have, driving down the road goes to about 2000 RPM just find but when it goes higher the car does not gain speed. So it must be a vacuum leak of some sort. So during my investigation I came across two "nipples" I cannot identify and I am sure every one here knows exactly what they are, i hope
THANKS in advance!!!!!!!!!!
this one was stopped with a screw in a piece of wire

wow...thanks!!!!!! Thankfully have a few mechanic friends who can help me translate, I am more of a "round peg goes to round hole" guy.
Now how much damage has the PO done by sticking a screw in it? _________________ 1982 931 |
