I would like to remove the door window. Can someone please explain how to do this?

Get a big hammer, step back and take a swing.
Oh. Wait. You want to reuse the window?
You have to remove the interior panel, roll the window all the way down, detach it from the bottom brackets that hold it onto the regulator, jimmy the top part out of the grooves, and then lift it up and out. Carefully. There's probably a better how-to around here somewhere if you search, but that's the gist of it. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |
